How long have you been with Big Cartel?

KK: Started in September of 2009, just a few weeks after having lil Magnus - he’s a Big Cartel baby through and through. He points to some of the store owner’s avatars on the computer screen and asks “who’s that?” and even plastered BC and Pulley stickers all over his toy bins.

What’s been your favorite and most stress-relieving feature we’ve dropped this year?

KK: I love the expanded discount codes and the Facebook app. Everyone wanted them so much, and it’s nice to see how happy our stores are when our developers and designers create such awesome and easy to use features.

When you take a break from being one of the world’s most patient and caring support people, what do you do in your free time?

KK: Crochet, sew, and I grew my first mini garden this year. Also build train tracks, read books and conduct art-time with Gus.
