Notes to seller

Your Big Cartel shop has a built-in “Notes or instructions” field, found underneath the order total on the right side of the Checkout page.

Your customers can write their customization info in that section before they place their order-- any info written there will show up on each order page in your shop's admin, under your customer’s shipping/contact info, making it easy to spot.

You may also want to add a line in your product descriptions instructing your customers to write their preferred customization in that notes section, just to be sure they know how to get that info to you.
