Bulk editing lets you quickly and easily modify multiple products collectively. Think of all the time and effort you'll save! You can update the status, categories, or other attributes for a group of products from either the table view or the action menu.
Bulk edit from the table view
The table view feature is only accessible to Platinum and Diamond sellers. Consider upgrading to access this feature and a range of others that will assist you in efficiently selling and organizing a larger number of products.
When you should use it
The table view and bulk editing features are designed to streamline various aspects of product management. Use the table view to:
Adjust prices for variants: Change the price of all large variants across your products in one action.
Update product status: Move products from Hidden to Active status when they are ready to sell.
Manage stock levels: Quickly update stock levels for multiple products, ensuring accurate inventory management.
Rename multiple products: Update product names in bulk to maintain a consistent style or reflect new branding.

To select a whole range of products at once, select the first product, hold the Shift key, and select the last product — they'll all be selected!
When you should use it
Update product status: Got a big product launch? Set several products' status from Hidden or Coming Soon to Active in one go. Nothing left in stock? Adjust from Active to Sold Out in seconds.
Edit categories: Sift and sort your products into new or existing categories all from one spot.
Edit shipping: Edit, add, and delete Product-level Shipping rates for multiple products at one time. Bulk Edit can only be used for Product-level Shipping and is accessed from the Products page — Shipping Profiles are for storewide rates and must be edited from the Account page.
Delete products: Removing old listings has never been easier.

How to bulk edit products
From the table view:
Navigate to the Products section in your Big Cartel admin. Select the
Table view option.
Select multiple products and use the bulk edit options to change their status, categories, or other attributes.
Your changes will be automatically saved when you click out of a cell. There’s no need to manually save your progress; the system will ensure your updates are captured in real time.
